The NCLF initiative is aimed at creating an incubator for the development of local agricultural and culinary startups. This exploration involved the transformation of an existing municiple building into a complex including test fields for the cultivation of vegetables, herb gardens, bee hives, commercial test kitchens, teaching kitchens, a shared dining area, food labs, and a greenhouse.
